Our Yoga Teacher Training Program offers yoga as a science relevant to today’s lifestyle, still maintaining it’s pulse & purity. Renu Mahtani, physician, yoga therapist, wellness consultant is an entepeneur with a difference
Her effervescent sprit is contagious. Her friendliness overwhelming. A slender figure and emotional clarity speak volumes of her yogic pursuits. "Yoga has answers for everybody", she says.
Her innovative wellness programme is one of a kind and her knowledge of health, unbeatable. "I preach wellness. A holistic approach to health is so necessary. Gen-x needs it most", says this Karma Yogini.
Years ago as a doctor with a city based hospital, she encountered a health problem in her personal life, she tried yoga for a cure and got hooked. Thereafter, she trained herself at various yogic institutes and discovered magical powers of the ancient discipline. She plunged into yoga training herself alongside her medical practice. "Safe, effective and pleasurable, yoga is a must. I ask my patients and students to overcome emotional blocks through yoga", Renu emphasizes.
Her classes are a unique amalgamation of yoga and pilates, an exercise done with the help of huge balls. With yoga and pranayama, Renu has struck a fine balance. "It helps to be a doctor as people trust me", she says.
