Power yoga,
a high intensity yoga, requires a certain
degree of physical health and fitness as
it is a vigorous type of yogasana. Being
a form of exercise that is very stimulating
and invigorating, it works from ‘inside
out’ to truly increasing the metabolism,
stamina and endurance, while keeping the
practitioner in constant movement, perspiring
away the toxins! Many have found it to be
a great alternative to their routine as
well as an inspiring change.

flexibility (goes beyond basic sun salutations),
while keeping the practitioner in constant
movement. Pilates sculpts and tones
the body (abdomen, back & buttocks)
to make it look sleek yet strong. It focuses
on core strength & improves posture.
It is taught as Pure Pilates or with the
exercise ball or the stretch band. Pranayama cleanses, detoxifies,
