movement, perspiring away the toxins! Here, we take
you ahead in a progressive way towards increased
intensity & duration of holding the ‘weight
loss oriented postures’.
2. Pilates - it sculpts and
tones the body (abdomen, back & buttocks)
to make it look sleek yet strong. It focuses on
core strength & improves posture as well!
3. Pranayama – it cleanses,
detoxifies, energises and peps up our metabolism
further! With Pranayam, you ‘bypass the
draining effect’ of any form of vigorous
exercise.
4. Diet & eating habits -
under the guidance of dietician Dr. Manisha Angal,
the participants will be given personalized diet
charts.
5. Mind management – We
explore into the root causes of weight imbalances
and learn how to strengthen the mind! Our ‘sweet
meditation technique’ on how to eat sweets
so that we are happy yet do not put on weight
is based on Vedantic philosophy.
