12 weeks Weight Loss Program

We offer a very unique – 12 weeks Weight Loss Program ‘POWER P CUBE’ based on Progressive Power Yoga, Pilates & Pranayama! Offered as a correct blend of practices, on a 6 days a week basis, under proper supervision!

 
The main features of this program are:
1. Power Yoga – the vigorous, active and high intensity practices of yoga that work from ‘inside out’ to truly increasing the metabolism, stamina and endurance, while keeping the practitioner in constant movement, perspiring away the toxins! Here, we take you ahead in a progressive way towards increased intensity & duration of holding the ‘weight loss oriented postures’.

2. Pilates - it sculpts and tones the body (abdomen, back & buttocks) to make it look sleek yet strong. It focuses on core strength & improves posture as well!

3. Pranayama – it cleanses, detoxifies, energises and peps up our metabolism further! With Pranayam, you ‘bypass the draining effect’ of any form of vigorous exercise.

4. Diet & eating habits - under the guidance of dietician Dr. Manisha Angal, the participants will be given personalized diet charts.

5. Mind management – We explore into the root causes of weight imbalances and learn how to strengthen the mind! Our ‘sweet meditation technique’ on how to eat sweets so that we are happy yet do not put on weight is based on Vedantic philosophy.
