A. GROUP CLASSES – Unique and holistic, deep practices with all the variety and fun yet focused on common problems -
Week 1 – Stable Knees / Legs
Week 2 – Sturdy Spine / Aligned Shoulders, Neck & Head
Week 3 – Happy Heart / Strong Immunity ·
Week 4 – Toned Abdomen / Balanced Metabolism
Batches –
6 - 7 am - Tue, Thurs & Saturday ·
7.30 – 8.30 - am Mon. Wed & Friday ·
5 – 6 pm – Mon, Wed & Friday .

B. POSTURE THERAPY & CORRECTIVE EXERCISES –
3 sessions package (1 consultation & home practice prescription + 2 one to one sessions)

C. WALK – IN FACILITY
After consulting, the doctor plans the practices, which you do at the centre, during the ‘walk – in’ hours i.e. ( 9 - 11 am & 6 - 8 pm )
